    CMS audit starts mid-July
    Starting in mid-July, providers may be selected for a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) medical records audit. Read the provider letter for more details. (June 23, 2016)

    eviCore healthcare training sessions
    Starting Friday, June 17,
    you'll need to sign up with eviCore for reviews for outpatient rehab services. That's because as of July 1, 2016, eviCore will start handling these services for us. To learn more, read the News Brief and register for an eviCore training session today.

    LifeWise Health Plan of Oregon to exit the state of Oregon (April 21, 2016)
    LifeWise Health Plan of Oregon has decided to exit the state of Oregon. LifeWise member coverage will run through the end of their plan year, which in some cases may be in 2017 based on renewal dates. Rest assured that as long as the LifeWise member and service is covered, your claims will be paid. As always, you can check eligibility using our online tools. For additional information, refer to our FAQ or call our Provider Relations team at 800-596-3382, option 4.
